Fish Camps are central to the Southern experience, places where multiple generations and close friends gather to fish, and so much more. Steeped in the tradition of patiently waiting to snag a fish you’ll later lie about, they are convivial and communal affairs. And we’re channeling that vibe with a rolling tour of multiple Lake Marion fish camps. Hosted by Southern author and fish camp enthusiast, Robert Moss, and joined by Ashleigh Shanti of Good Hot Fish and Tia Clark of Casual Crabbing with Tia, we’ll hear their stories and meet the owners. And of course, we’ll enjoy their iconic pole-to-plate dishes along the way! The experience concludes with a proper fish fry served alongside a bevy of refreshing beers and wines.

Your Day Trip Itinerary: 

• You’ll start your day with a bite + sip as you board the shuttle departing from CHSWF Shuttle Hub to travel to Lake Marion. 
• Once you arrive, we’ll embark on a water-way adventure as we travel by boat from fish camp to fish camp
• At each stop, guests will get to experience + indulge in the food of classic fish camps 
• The final stop is a full meal, presented by recognized cooks, paired with wine and the fine art of conversation located at a stunning Berkeley County venue
