Partnerships and Brand Involvement

At Charleston Wine + Food, we build collaborative + meaningful partnerships–not just sponsorships. Our partnership model is not one-size-fits-all. We pride ourselves on a captive audience, incredible industry talent, creative + meaningful programming, and invaluable access. At the end of the day, we make each other better by working together to achieve our mission of celebrating, educating, enriching, and promoting the Lowcountry’s diverse culinary + hospitality community through world-class experiences. How will you leave your mark?

Below is an overview of various ways to get your brand involved and how to get the conversation started.

CUSTOM PARTNERSHIPS

Custom Partnerships are the premier way to bring your brand to life throughout various CHSWF platforms, including our annual festival. These opportunities range in investment amounts and allow for your brand to work alongside the CHSWF Development team to curate unique landscapes, activations, and branding opportunities to best achieve your particular goals. With this method of partnership development, activations are dynamic and mutually beneficial. The partnerships we develop form long standing relationships that extend beyond the length of our five-day festival, and our Partners see high levels of engagement and return on investment from their involvement.

EXHIBITORS

Exhibitor booths within our Culinary Village landscape allow for local + regional brands to showcase, sample, and in some cases, sell their products to our attendees. The Exhibitor Booth rental fee grants a designated booth space within the Culinary Village with a front and back table for product display + sampling, signage displaying your company name, and two Culinary Village working credentials.

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS

Are you an organization looking to support the Charleston community and our mission as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit while having the freedom to entertain clients or reward employees for a job well done? Our Community Partnerships help champion our mission, grant sponsorship recognition, while also providing its largest benefit in the form of early access to select tickets prior to public on-sale, this involvement type is an opportunity not to be missed.

TRADE PARTNERSHIPS

Do you have a product you would like to integrate, a service you would like to contribute, or a venue you would like to donate? Our Trade Partnerships are integral to the success of what we do as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and are a great way to get your brand involved in a meaningful and tangible way. With 95 cents of every dollar spent going directly towards our mission and a coveted Four Star Charity Navigator  rating, we couldn’t do the work we do without these in-kind contributions.
