Ticket Donation Requests

Charleston Wine + Food reserves a select number of tickets each year to give back to other charitable organizations to support their missions in elevating our community.

We are proud to support those working to make the community a better place on a local, regional, and national platform. If you are interested in applying for a ticket donation, please review the guidelines and complete the form below.


Charleston Wine + Food will be unable to accommodate any ticket donation requests in advance of the 2024 festival ticket launch (October 19, 2023).

Requests must be received by Charleston Wine + Food a minimum of four weeks in advance of the date by which the donation is needed.

Donations may not be redeemed for cash value, exchanged for different events, or transferred to the next festival year. All recipients must be 21 years or older.

In an effort to help us assist as many organizations as possible, we ask that each organization submit only one donation request per year.

Due to the high volume of donation requests we receive, we may be unable to honor every request.

If the request is accepted, a member of the Charleston Wine + Food team will reach out via the email address provided on your donation request form.

Materials to promote the donation item must adhere to Charleston Wine + Food brand standards and include the appropriate brand logo and spelling of the organization’s name. The Charleston Wine + Food Style Guide can be found here.
