Our Accommodations Partners showcase Charleston’s hospitality to out-of-town Media and Talent during the Festival. As a 2024 Accommodations Partner, the following benefits apply based on the number of donated rooms / room nights. We are incredibly grateful for your involvement + support and look forward to meaningfully working together.

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS + BENEFITS

  • 2-4 ROOMS

    Donating a minimum of two (2) – four (4) hotel rooms that fall between Wednesday, March 6 – Monday, March 11, 2024. NOTE: one (1) room must equate to 3-5 room nights with total room nights equating to a minimum of eight (8) room nights

    Donating a minimum of five (5) – seven (7) hotel rooms that fall between Wednesday, March 6 – Monday, March 11, 2024. NOTE: one (1) room must equate to 3-5 room nights with total room nights equating to a minimum of twenty (20) room nights

Please note: to honor and support our Accommodations Partners as best we can, we make it a priority to encourage all of our out-of-town Partners, Media, Talent, and attendees to stay at our Partners’ properties. Some of the many ways we do this include: offering discounted room rates for Partners, Media, and Exhibitors (if applicable), directing guests to our Where to Stay portal, and having personal conversations with attendees regarding accommodations recommendations during their Charleston visit.

People First. Community. Good Stewardship.

These are the driving principles of Charleston Wine + Food, and we ask that they drive your own participation in our community gathering. We hope you will enthusiastically support our organizational code of conduct.

– Be yourself! Participating authentically lends your uniqueness to the tapestry that is our festival.

– We have zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination. If you are a target, please let us know.

– Harassment and discrimination can include but are not limited to offensive comments pertaining to disability, physical appearance or body type, gender, gender identity, sexuality, mental or cognitive function, religion, body size, race, or ethnicity.

– Violence and threats of violence will not be tolerated; the “heat of the moment” is not an excuse.

– Deliberate intimidation, unwelcome sexual attention, and other aggressions like mis-gendering or harassing will not be tolerated.

 

If you experience harassment or discrimination in any way as a part of your engagement, please report immediately to your Charleston Wine + Food point of contact.

Any violations of our code of conduct will be investigated immediately and mitigated.
