Beer, Wine, and Cider Sampling : Dates of Participation *
As a potential Beer Garden or Corkyard exhibitor, you have the option to participate in one, two, or all three days. The exhibitor space fee does not change based on the number of days selected. The price includes a 10'x10' booth with a fixed front bar, back table, chairs, signage, and glassware. Please check all days that you'd like to sample.

The Charleston Wine + Food Culinary Village dates are Friday, March 6th - Sunday, March 8th, 2020.
A representative from my company must attend one of the Exhibitor Training Sessions, either in person or online.
Only when I pay my full participation fee upon approval will my exhibitor space will be secured.
If serving food/beverage I must come prepared with up to 3500+ servings per day and am not permitted to sell alcohol from my booth.
I must maintain a comprehensive General Liability Insurance of at least one million dollars (general aggregate) and $500,000 each occurrence. Charleston Wine + Food must be named as a Certificate Holder. A copy of your General Liability Form must be submitted to Charleston Wine + Food no later than January 31, 2020. If you do not maintain this level of insurance, there will be an additional fee of $70 for necessary coverage through the festival.
I understand that no one under the age of 21 (including children + infants), and animals are allowed at ANY Charleston Wine + Food event.
I understand that all of my staff must be 21 years of age or older.
I understand that if I am selling artisanal goods from my booth, I must hold and share a copy of my South Carolina business license with Charleston Wine + Food.
All of my serving / sampling materials must be 100% compostable. Serving on non-compostable materials will result in a charge for compostable replacements onsite.
If sampling an alcoholic beverage, my staff must be SafeServ certified.
