We’re bringing the good times to you with a local restaurant takeover by Chef Fredo Nogueira of Cane & Table and Neal Bodenheimer of Cure, as they bring the ultimate brunch experience overflowing with the charm of the Big Easy. Sip on cocktails prepared by Neal as you enjoy a whole hog brunch inspired by Chef Fredo’s Cuban roots and Cajun flavors.  Laissez les bons temps rouler!

Charleston welcomes Neal Bodenheimer, New Orleans’ preeminent expert on classic cocktails; Managing Partner of acclaimed bars Cure, Cane & Table, Peychaud’s, and VALS; and author of Cure: New Orleans Drinks and How to Mix ‘Em along with Chef-Partner Alfredo “Fredo” Nogueira, recently recognized with Cane & Table’s inclusion on The New York Times’ list of “The 25 Best Restaurants in New Orleans Right Now.” Join the pair for three events that will have you wanting to jet set to NOLA to continue the fun before the weekend’s end. The series of events includes an intimate hands-on class with Chef Fredo with a cocktail demonstration by Neal on Friday evening, a bar takeover of Proof by Cure on Saturday, and to cap off the weekend, a NOLA boozy cocktail brunch.
