PASSMORE fish carry a “Best Choice” rating by the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s Seafood Watch program, its highest ranking possible for sustainable practices and positive environmental impact. PASSMORE’s clientele includes some of the finest and notable chefs in the world, many of which have been recognized by the James Beard Foundation, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, and the Michelin Guide.
Being both PASSMORE’s Boss Lady and an accomplished elementary school teacher can be challenging, so she loves a good Orangetheory class and dancing any chance she gets to blow off some steam because, “music moves her!” When the day is finally done though, you'll find her out on the porch, overlooking the ranch's waters with Michael, their pup Shep, and a glass full of wine watching the sunset.
