Tracey is Co-Founder & CEO of her family’s specialty food company, Lillie’s of Charleston in 2001. They specialize in hot sauces, BBQ sauces and seasoning mixes. This entrepreneurial venture was co-founded with her sister, Kellye Wicker, using the recipes of their father’s restaurant in Charleston, SC called the Rib Shack. After noticing their father was constantly giving away BBQ sauce to customers, the sisters decided they had a winner and needed to be selling it instead.

A self-proclaimed foodie, Tracey combines her love of design and food at her company! Lillie’s of Charleston’s company motto: …may you never feel unwanted, unloved or hungry!
