Teshawn Gamble is the Executive Chef at Félix Cocktails et Cuisine, an all-day Parisian restaurant serving French-inspired fare and craft cocktails, and forthcoming elevated sipping lounge and salon privé, La Cave, both located in historic downtown Charleston, SC.


Pulling inspiration from France, Gamble leans on traditional French culinary techniques, while applying a Southern touch with local ingredients and flavors. He works in tandem with Owner Félix Landrum, who is a second generation French American, to reimagine and execute both classic and family recipes. He’s known for creating approachable cuisine that not only tastes delicious but has a unique visual appeal as well—complementing the restaurant's design-forward approach and photo-worthy interiors. Gamble is also the brainchild behind Félix’s pairing dinner series, featuring a special market-driven, five-course menu alongside curated craft cocktail pairings, which has allowed him to test and creatively explore new recipes and dishes.


When Gamble isn’t in the restaurant, you can find him exploring, and dining, his way through the Holy City with his wife and their two young children.
