A Brooklyn native now Charlotte resident, I have been in the industry since I was nineteen. Through CCAP and Co-OP Tech, both based in NYC, I was trained and prepared for the culinary world. After receiving a scholarship to ICE, I found myself working in numerous kitchens, from New York, to the Carolinas, to even spending a few months across the pond in Madrid, Spain. I have studied under some of the best chefs in the industry today. I currently work under the mentorship of chef Greg Collier and am looking to find my footing and culinary voice. I strive to give interpretations of my culture and experiences through the lens of various cuisines.
