Steven Cox is no stranger when it comes to working at a restaurant. Cox started his career as a dishwasher when he was 15 years old. After becoming a young father Cox began working at country clubs and discovered his passion for the industry and learned he was a good line cook. He worked for years at various country clubs, traveling between Florida and North Carolina and landed at a university as a Sous Chef.

Having worked in the corporate world at a university for several years, Cox's passion for the industry changed but he knew he enjoyed working with different menus and food styles, which led him to White Duck Taco Shop. There his passion for a variety of flavors and quality products has kept him at WDT for the past 13 years. In his spare time when he is not working Cox enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
