I’m from California and studied pastry at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. I've been working in the pastry field for thirteen years. My Pastry career began in San Francisco, Ive also lived and worked in Philadelphia and New Jersey. I've lived and been creating desserts in Charleston for the past eight years. I’ve been with Carmella’s for two and a half years.
