A New Jersey Native, Executive Pastry Chef, Sean Majewski grew up working in kitchens and fell in love with the culinary world. He completed his culinary training at The Academy of Culinary Arts in New Jersey. Sean Moved around to different cities along the east coast working in different restaurants as a pastry chef. In 8 years, Sean moved up to Executive Pastry Chef and landed this position at the Charlotte Country Club. In 2016, he brought his talents to the Lowcountry, holding a position at Seabrook. In the September of 2022, Chef Majewski was hired as Executive Pastry Chef of Kiawah Island and is excited to lead our pastry team across the resort.
