Ryan Jones is a natural born leader in the kitchen. He has always had an interest in food and started working at a young age of 15 in the restaurant scene. Jones is now the Culinary Director for the Mex 1 Restaurant Group following his co-ownership of the mill at 2t and Pintore Catering. He was born and raised in New England and now resides in Charleston with his family. Ryan Jones has absorbed every aspect of the industry with strong knowledge in casual and fine dining and full service catering. In 1999 he teamed up with Kelleanne who is now his wife of 14 years. Together they have helped each other achieve amazing professional and personal accomplishments. After owning the highly regarded Pintore Catering and a stint in Las Vegas, their partnership, experience and knowledge created the acclaimed, mill at 2t restaurant. This restaurant that was built on the true emotion and love of the restaurant business which won the praises of The New York Times, Zagat, Best Chefs America and numerous appearances at New York's James Beard House. In July of 2016 they sold the popular gem and moved their family to Charleston. Jones is thrilled to combine his culinary talents with an emerging restaurant group. Ryan enjoys spending time with his four children, golfing, playing horseshoes and mostly, eating and drinking with friends.
