Nokee is the Pastry chef at Ashbourne Farms. She previously worked for 21c museums, Proof on Main, Lockbox and helped open a few more of their properties. She was named Best Pastry Chef of the year 2019 by the ACF Kentucky Chapter. She spends most of her days in the farm, making breads with their crops and creating desserts.
