Nikki Fairman

Nikki Fairman has been a part of the Charleston F&B scene for 20 years. A Johnson and Wales graduate and self proclaimed “recovering pastry chef” turned bartender. You can find her behind the bar at 167 Raw and everywhere from podcasts to Cooking Channel pilots. When not at work you can find her hanging with her husband Hayden and two twin tuxedo cats. More than anything she loves the hospitality community here in Charleston. “I feel so lucky to able to work in such a special city, surrounded by not only an incredible amount of talent, but an outrageous amount of heart.”
