Nick Perkins was born in Chicago and moved to Brooklyn, NY in 2009 to work for Andrew Tarlow's restaurant group. In 2017, Nick and his partner Nialls Fallon opened a small, neighborhood restaurant called Hart's, which was followed by another, Cervo's, later that year. Both restaurants celebrate sustainable, local seafood and produce, inspired by Nick's Mediterranean roots and travel. Hart's was named one of the top ten best new restaurants in America by Bon Appétit. Nick lives in Brooklyn with his wife and business partner, Leah.
