Born and raised in the small fishing town of Kennebunkport, ME. Chef Mike Littlefield started as a dishwasher in high school, he worked his way through every front and back of house position in his hometown restaurants and each job grew his love for the industry. Littlefield ended his culinary journey in Maine as a Sous Chef at The Tides Beach Club for five seasons, learning and loving to cook the local seafood bounty with locally sourced produce. He decided to make a change in 2015 and move south to Charleston to expand his skills. He learned quickly that the Lowcountry style of cuisine was interesting and fulfilling and also fell in love with the city itself. Littlefield has now been a Sous Chef at Kiawah Island Golf resort for 3 years and loves everything the Charleston food scene has to offer.
