Years of Participation
Chef Lynn Hobart and Josh Hill started in the Charleston food and beverage scene back in 2018. Lynn is a NY native while Josh being a Philly native. Both of them met after moving to Charleston, and quickly found out they both had a love for cooking. They started out serving in local farmers markets under their first food concept South Philly Steaks. A year later they made their way into the upscale food court; The Workshop. After the Workshop closed Lynn had a strong urge to open Seol Ah’s Korean Fusion food truck. Lynn was originally born in South Korea and saw an opportunity to bring some new flavors to the Charleston food scene. The highlighted food has been the gourmet Korean corn dogs. Throughout their journeys in the South they are both overwhelmingly grateful for all the support they have received especially during COVID and are excited to join the Charleston Wine and Food Festival for the first time.
