Lauren McDuffie is a professional home cook. She runs the popular recipe website, My Kitchen Little, and is the creator of the award-winning memoir-stye food blog, Harvest and Honey. She is the author, stylist and photographer for the critically acclaimed cookbook, Smoke, Roots, Mountain, Harvest (Spring 2019) and the forthcoming cookbook, Southern Lights (June 2023). She lives in Charleston, SC with her husband and two children.
