Kelly Chu made her first batch of ice cream in 2005 and has been killing it ever since. She has won numerous awards for her inventive flavors, including being named Gelato ambassador of Gelato Festival America. What started as a passion project for Chu has turned into the local brand we all love, Cirsea Craft Ice Cream. Chu continues to channel her creativity through Cirsea. Many flavors are available in local markets and numerous restaurants all around Charleston!
