Joseph Stinchcomb began his hospitality career working at Proud Larry's. After receiving the beverage director position at Saint Leo in 2016 Saint Leo was nominated for best new restaurant in 2017 as well as outstanding beverage program in 2019 by the James Beard Foundation. In 2020 Joseph was selected to be a Sam Bell fellow through BlackBerry Farm. Joseph worked at prestigious places such as BlackBerry Farm, Post Ranch Inn, French Laundry, and Hotel Jerome. Joseph is also a Sam Smith fellow through Southern Foodways Alliance. In October 2021 Joseph opened Bar Muse, an intimate craft cocktail bar located inside the Lyric theater.
