Kivelstadt Cellars is based on my love of the amazing vineyards that make California’s North Coast and a different approach to winemaking. After leaving a career in consulting, Jordan traveled the world making wine in California, Australia, Chile, and Argentina. In 2007, he experimented by making 125 cases of Syrah from his family’s vineyard. He knew that the coastal influence of Northern California could produce wines that embody the best of California, inspired by thousands of years of European winemaking. Kivelstadt create real wines, minimally intervened, that are to be enjoyed as part of your everyday life. Our unique approach goes beyond wine, to food and experiences. In 2020, we launched California's first WineGarten, changing the paradigm for how people experience food and wine.
