Chef Joe graduated from Culinary Institute of America, worked in NYC for many years before moving to NC and opening Backyard Bistro. Backyard Bistro specializes in always using the best products available. Joe runs a 350 seat restaurant, and catering company cooking food on site for up to 11,000 people. They have been featured on The Food Network and The Discovery channel multiple times for their "on site cooking". In his downtime Joe enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. He loves keeping his followers guessing about the next Backyard Bistro promotional video where he has coined the phrase "Only at the Backyard Bistro folks"
