He has honed his skills in top-tier cities such as San Francisco, New York and Singapore, where he successfully managed the award-winning bar ATLAS. Jesse's exceptional bar management has earned him recognition on the World's 50 Best Bars list and the prestigious title of ‘World’s Best Cocktail Menu’ by Tales of the Cocktail for his innovative menu. Under his leadership, Jesse's bars have received numerous awards including ‘Best International Cocktail Bar’ (Spirited Awards 2020), ‘Best Bar in Asia’ (World’s 50 Best List 2020), and ‘World’s Best Spirits Selection’, cementing his reputation as a leader in the industry. Most recently Jesse opened his first cocktail bar as an owner, Cat Bite Club opened its doors in June 2023 to much excitement and critical acclaim.
