Spending time learning in some amazing culinary towns like Chicago and New Orleans and studying under Michelin Star chefs like Grant Achatz, Jesse has brought his incredible knowledge to Burwell's Stone Fire Frill. Spending time at some great Charleston establishments such as The Woodlands, Tristan, and Social Wine Bar, Jesse is now tackling a new concept for him, American Steakhouse. His culinary style is centered around classic cooking that is steeped in a minimalist mentality. With his affinity for wine he has focused on creating food that is complimentary to the wine and focuses on each ingredient bringing a new element to the dish. When he is not cooking you can often find him in some of the neighborhood pubs cheering on his beloved Chicago Cubs.
