Born and raised in Marietta, Ga., Jessica Liberatore has worked in hospitality for over a decade. She began her culinary journey at Outback Steakhouse, working every front of house position possible, all while obtaining her Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and if that wasn’t enough, her Catering Specialist Certification from Chattahoochee Technical College. Liberatore has been with Table & Main for over seven years now, not only because of her talent, but the homely feeling the restaurant gives and most importantly, the RO Hospitality family culture. Transitioning from prep cook to sous chef and now executive sous chef for the past few years at Table & Main, Jessica has also has worked at Osteria Mattone as a line cook. Jessica works closely with executive chef Woody Back, assisting chef Back in prestigious events like the James Beard House Dinner in 2016.
