A Toro Boston and Wynn Resorts alum, Jeff Whitmore found his love for seafood while working summers on Nantucket. He's gone on to open multiple restaurants around New England. and is just as big of a fan of the hole-in-the-wall clam shacks as he is of the upscale oyster bars and old school steak houses. Jeff enjoys showcasing the natural beauty of the ocean’s bounty and isn’t shy about elevating dishes with his creativity. He, along with Courtney Stredder, were inspired to create The Swell so they can create a direct connection to the suppliers, the farmers, and the guests. Together the strive to use food as a platform to create warm and genuine connections.
