Jeff is sixth-generation vintner in Sonoma, California who built his career by combining wine, family heritage, experience and creativity. He grew up on the family’s historic Rhinefarm property, where he learned the business working in all facets of the vineyard and winery. In 2002, he became President of his family’s estate, Gundlach Bundschu, and strategically repositioned the brand to the ultra-premium category, while building upon the family’s hallmark warmth and approachability. Inspired by his love of music, in 2010 Jeff launched Huichica Music Festival and concerts at the winery’s historic redwood barn and amphitheater. Jeff was named one of ‘Wines Most Inspiring People in 2021’ by Wine Industry Network.
