Former finance professional turned restaurateur since 2015 following his passion for food and cooking. Has opened 4 restaurants in Miami, Florida: Alter, Bachour, Palmar and La Natural , the latter 2 he still owns / runs. At La Natural he developed the pizza recipe himself and still promotes great places to eat and drink through his social media, as he did before becoming a restaurateur.
