Jason founded LO-Fi Brewing after a decade of running a brewery and a couple restaurants. in Asheville, NC. He decided to tap into the Charleston beer scene to explore his love of making light crispy lager and to support live music. When not making beer or producing events at the brewery,, he spends his time with family, playing music around town, cooking/dining, and traveling.
