Janice Hudgins is a local chef and owner of Little Miss Ha Vietnamese Cuisine, in Charleston, SC.

Seeing a need for unique and ethnic cuisine, she began her boutique catering business in 2017, focusing on mostly Vietnamese Cuisine inspired by her heritage.

In October of 2018, Janice Hudgins expanded her business and opened up at The Workshop, a fancy food hall that promotes rising chefs through its food stalls. In late 2019, Little Miss Ha will be expanding to Mt. Pleasant, SC.
