Isabella Macbeth, a Charleston native, is a graduate of Hotelschool The Hague. She began her career opening Amen Street Fish & Raw Bar in 2009. From there she went on to work manage at 5 star 5 diamond properties and run some of the top oyster and seafood programs in the country.
When Isabella isn't operating a business she spends her free time traveling the globe visiting farms and competing as a chef and shucker. In her time competing, she has become a 7x South Carolina Champion, 3x Virginia Champ, Connecticut Champ, 3x US Champion and placed 4th internationally for shucking, as well as, most recently, as the USA Champion, finishing 8th at the World Seafood Chef Championship in Bordeaux, France.
