Born & Raised in South Carolina, Chef India Jefferson has always had a passion for cooking. This military vet turned Chef moved to Houston to further her culinary skills graduating from The Art Institute of Houston moving on to fulfilling a culinary internship with Disney World as a cook at Epcots food & wine festival. What a better way to bring things full circle than to help and be apart of the food & wine festival and pay a tribute to the foundation, food, recipes and traditions that started her love for food.
