Chef Gregory Marsicano, a New York native, embarked on his culinary journey in the vibrant culinary scene of his hometown. Seeking to further hone his skills, he ventured to Miami, Florida, where he immersed himself in the rich flavors and techniques of the city's renowned restaurants. It was this journey that led him to join the bartaco team, where he played a pivotal role in launching the Wynwood location. Today, Chef Marsicano proudly serves as the Sous Chef at bartaco King St, bringing his diverse experiences and passion for food to the vibrant culinary landscape of Charleston.
