Frank is a Charleston native who started his career in food and bev while going to Burke High School, located in downtown Charleston, and has since then gone on to grow as a chef in this community. Frank started at Amen Street in 2012 as a fry cook. He has since then worked his way up the ranks to Sous Chef, Executive Sous, and then on to be the Executive Chef. Prior to Amen Street, Frank worked for owner Richard Stoney at the original Boathouse on East Bay Street.
