West coast native Forrest Brunton has worked in some of the top restaurants in Seattle and Los Angeles ranging from Michelin-starred fine dinging to casual, even owning his own food truck. He moved to Charleston in 2018 to open seasonally-driven, small plates restaurant Chasing Sage as co-executive chef. Twenty years in the making, his latest project is focused on naturally levened pizza inspired by the Roman al taglio style. Brick and mortar coming soon. Location, TBD.
