Originally from Peru, Chef Esteban Diaz recently moved to Charleston on an adventure of a lifetime to open his own restaurant. This traditional and unique Peruvian cuisine fills a gap in Charleston's food scene. Offering high-end, homemade dishes from his hometown of Chiclayo, Peru, Chef Esteban makes Pisco Mar an inviting space for patrons and foodies alike, to connect and experience authentic South American cuisine. Pisco Mar is located in the heart of historic Downtown Charleston adjacent to the City Market on the second floor of Port of Call Food + Brew Hall.
