Eric Hill brings a highly acclaimed culinary resume to his role as Executive Chef at O-Ku. In addition to his strong leadership in the kitchen, Chef Hill works diligently to achieve the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Prior to joining O-Ku, Hill spent over nine years in Utah refining his Japanese culinary knowledge, including time as chef de cuisine at Yama Sushi/Vista Lounge in the Montage Deer Valley Resort, a AAA Five-Star and Forbes Five-Star Award Winner. Hill also served as lead sushi chef at Naked Fish Japanese Bistro in Salt Lake City, Utah. Today, Chef Hill’s ambitious and driven attitude is reflected in O-Ku’s technique-driven and seasonally inspired dishes.
