Born and raised in Charleston, SC, Elton Morris has a passion for food, both in the kitchen and behind the lens. After many years of exploring all kitchen positions, Morris found a real passion for making bread and pasta. As Sous Chef at Indaco since 2016, Morris is the man behind all pasta production and leads the restaurant’s ongoing pasta class series.

When he’s not in the kitchen, you can find him exploring the city to capture the perfect shot, stocking up at the Veggie bin or enjoying happy hour with his wife.
