Maitre Chocolatier Elizabeth Logan McDaniel started LaRue Fine Chocolate out of a little kitchen in Pickens SC in 2015. In April of 2020 she opened LaRue Fine Chocolate-a chocolate bar at 556 Perry Avenue in the Village of West Greenville. Spending over a decade in the wine industry and achieving Certified Specialist of Wine and certifications from the Wine and Spirit Trust before earning Maitre Chocolatier from Ecole Chocolat gives her in a unique understanding of flavor profiles and combinations. She hopes that every bite of her chocolate truffles and every sip of her cocktails takes you on a journey, tells you a story, or simply puts a smile on your face.
