SC born and raised, Dylan Cooke began operating at the height of the pandemic with pop-ups. Fulfilling restaurant quality barbecue, inspired by Texas culture at the convenience of his back yard. Dylan opened his first brick and mortar in the small town of Anderson spring of 2023! Fork Grove Barbecue was recognized by Daniel Vaughn of Texas Monthly Magazine in an article “Brisket is Booming in South Carolina & Georgia”. Custom built smokers, all wood fire, they blaze a trail of slow smoked meats and soulful fixins!
