Executive Chef Deljuan Murphy has been in the industry for 15 years, and 13 of them have been at Fleet Landing. He started as a sous chef, and he has recently risen to the position of Executive Chef. He's known for well-composed dishes, creativity, and a flare for good taste, and his goal is to make people happy through food. Chef Deljuan is a mentor at Alston Middle School in Summerville and took home second place on Food Network's Chopped. He strives to continue the high standards for food quality and sustainability we've become known for at Fleet Landing.
