Chef Daniel Wade is a versatile culinary leader with experience in various cuisines, from Italian to open-fire cooking. He began his culinary journey under a Michelin-star chef's guidance and has evolved his expertise through working with the March of Dimes to contribute his skills to meaningful causes, organizing and operating an Argentinian live-fire pop-up in Waco, Texas, and serving as the Executive Chef of Stars Grill Room in historic downtown Charleston. His passion lies in creating memorable culinary experiences through storytelling by blending flavors, traditions, and innovation within each dish that he creates.
