Dan Williams is a native of Spartanburg, South Carolina. Dan attended Limestone College and studied Business Management, while in school he worked as a bus boy at Outback Steakhouse. In 2001 Williams moved to Charleston, SC and feel in love with the cocktail and food scene. He honed his skills at Stars Rooftop & Bar and later at Cypress off of East Bay Street, learning a lot about the F&B industry and focusing on his wine education that was under the direction of Bill Netherland, Bob Cook and Craig Deihl. Dan joined the Darling team in 2016 as Bar Manager and is a resident of Park Circle.
