He has worked at some of the island’s best restaurants and now owns both a catering company and a restaurant, providing gastronomic experiences for some of the most prestigious events in Barbados. As a Culinary Ambassador for Barbados, Chef Creig’s passion has also taken him worldwide, including places such as Switzerland, France, Egypt, Brazil, Ireland, Scotland, Belgium, England, Boston, Atlanta, Panama, Miami, Los Angeles, California, New York and Puerto Rico, conducting cooking demonstrations, presenting cuisines at food festivals and promotional events. With his style of Caribbean cuisine and his uncanny ability to create exciting and innovative culinary masterpieces, Chef Creig’s journey into entrepreneurship quickly became as meteorically successful as his culinary career.
