Courtney is a Connecticut-born SC transplant and a 2002 graduate of Johnson & Wales Charleston. He has worked alongside some of the most talented chefs and cooks in the city. Nicole honed her hospitality skills at busy bars on her home of Cape Cod, and local Charleston institutions.

After years of missing their regional favorites: clam cakes, chowder, and stuffed quahogs, this husband and wife duo combined their expertise to bring their love of New England to the streets of the Lowcountry with their food truck Co-Hog.

The New England experience may be paramount to Co-Hog's operation, but the duo draws creativity from the entire Eastern seaboard.
