Céline was born in a winegrower family. She has been working with her father Jean-Marc Brocard for 13 years. Then, she decided to work on her own and to create her own wines with her husband Frederic. They created their Domaine in 2013.

Having settled on the higher vineyards of the Chablis appellation, in North Burgundy, situated south of Chablis, on the hill of Préhy, Préhy contains kimmeridgian limestone and clay soil, Céline + Frédéric Gueguen work 23 hectares of vines situated in the vineyards of Chablis and the Grand Auxerrois.

They sincerely plan to respect the tradition and the fragility of the terroir. All of their cultural techniques aim at taking care of the environment and preserving the aromatic complexity of their wines. They are passionate about sharing their knowledge with visitors and have set up a B&B in their home, in the middle of the vines.
