Caryn O’Hara

Caryn has wisdom beyond her years and offers it to the world as an International Ayurvedic Health Counselor (traditional Indian medicine) who connects clients to their innate healing wisdom. She is a published writer, public speaker, wellness event director, yoga and meditation instructor. Caryn is an expert in surviving cancer. She’s a natural connector who inspires others daily with her vulnerability and force to be reckoned with the ability to create and hold space for others.

She has over 25 years of experience working in teaching and coaching capacities, and today she travels the globe to meet with clients in groups and privately, in-person and remotely, connecting through stories of adversity, illness, loss, struggle, and triumph. Caryn has found a unique niche where she combines her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education, Masters of Science in Graphic Communications, Yoga Instructor Certification, and Ayurvedic Health Counselorship to carry out her personal mission of expanding the heart-centered consciousness of the world by connecting people to their ability to heal themselves.

Caryn guides others in the wellness industry as a business development contractor and is the organizational mastermind behind a number of collaborative, transformational experiences, including The Mini Retreat, Seasonal Series, Ayurvedic Dinner Series, Freedom in Commitment programs.
