As a Charleston native, Brad Butler has a love for all things Holy City. Starting with his interest to learn some history of spirits, he discovered the deep connection this city has with the import of alcohol and creation of interesting cocktails. He got his start at as a bartender at The Ordinary and became focused on the integration of cocktails and food. After he started working at Estadio, he took a trip to Spain and fell in love with all things Spanish wine, vermouth and spirits! He loves sharing his knowledge and connecting the history of his home and the great things happening abroad.
